Monday, February 27, 2006, will be held at the Hall of Drying of the Complex of San Michele at Rome conference "The culture of the Web, the Web for Culture", sponsored by the Ministry of Heritage and Culture. The purpose of the conference is the presentation of the second Italian edition of the Manual for the quality of public cultural websites, developed within the European project MINERVA, since 2002, through the network of European Ministries for culture, worked to harmonize national policies for the digitization of cultural heritage.
In the afternoon session there will be a panel discussion will be compared to the major public cultural web projects that have adhered to the guidelines MINERVA.
On February 28, followed by a workshop in a practical course for the use of Open Source CMS "Museo & Web".
